"What’s a session?” Similar to guitar lessons, but more... Sessions, are time together, where we can discuss and work on any area of your playing and sound that you'd like to improve upon. This includes all things from technique and theory, to gear and tone, and much more. You can ask questions and talk things out in a safe and fun environment. This is a great space to learn practical applications to improve your sound and ultimately become a better player! Book a Session with me at the Create 308 Academy or in the convenience of your own space, via Skype!

"Why not lessons?" I’m referring to these as ‘sessions’ for a couple reasons. First, I don’t claim to be an expert, however, my experiences and even my shortcomings are what have enabled me to relate to so many others along their musical journey, and I want to share what I’ve learned with you. Second, because I’ve found players are asking about more than chord shapes, scales and developing speed. Don’t get me wrong, we’ll talk technique and theory, both are incredibly important, but I hope to create more of an open dialogue, and an environment where we can freely discuss all things that go into creating your sound. I'll meet you in your playing ability, musical knowledge and pursuit of tone, to tailor our time together to work on your specific goals… and we'll have a lot of fun along the way!

These sessions are geared for anyone just picking up the guitar, auditioning for a worship team, or simply looking to improve your tone and playing ability. If you're curious where to begin, below is a list of common topics and some natural starting points for our time together.
